We appraise your site early, identify every adjoining owner and interest, map notices and awards against your programme, then serve and manage them through to signed awards. That gives you a clear critical path for party wall matters and fewer surprises on start dates.

What clients say
We’ve worked with Manchester Party Wall Surveyors on several projects and they’ve been great every time. Guy is efficient, clear, and easy to deal with. The process is always smooth and well-managed. Highly recommend.
Common questions
When should a developer appoint a party wall surveyor?
At design stage, ideally before planning is determined. Foundation design and boundary details affect which notices are needed and how long awards take.
Can notices be served before planning permission?
Yes, but a party structure notice lapses after 12 months if work hasn't started, so timing matters.
Source: Party Wall etc. Act 1996 (applies in England and Wales).
Planning a commercial scheme?
Bring us in at design stage and party wall matters won't hold up your programme.
